Sociology, Media & Cultural Studies Online Taster Session
Thursday 29th October 11:00am-12:30pm
This session provides an introduction to what it’s like to study Sociology and/or Media and Cultural Studies at Lancaster University within the theme of technological futures, as well as the opportunity to ask questions to our staff and current students. This event is aimed at A Level and BTEC Level 3 students.

Law & Criminology Online Taster Day
Saturday 7th November 10:00am-12:30pm
An opportunity to discover what it’s like to study at one of the UK’s top Law Schools. This event is for Year 12 and 13 students who are considering studying Law or Criminology at university. The day includes taster lectures on legal and criminological topics, a Q&A with staff and students as well as a Q&A for parents.

Virtual HE Fairs
UCAS Futures in Social Sciences and Humanities
Lancaster are attending the virtual UCAS Futures event on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October.
Join university representatives at the UCAS fair to find out about courses such as; Art, Creative Writing, Criminology, English, History, Languages, Law, Linguistics, Media, Philosophy, Politics, Sociology and Social Work.
Students and parents can chat live to staff and ask any questions they have about studying with us and can also download resources from our virtual stand to look at after the fair such as, course information and videos with current students.
