PwC – Launch event – Flying Start Accountancy Degree with University of Manchester – Monday 14th October Manchester
As you may have seen over the summer we launched our 4th Flying Start degree programme in Accounting and Finance and the first one in the North West. Our latest addition to the Flying Start brand is with Manchester Alliance Business School (MBS) at the University of Manchester and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and the programme is open now for applications via UCAS.
To promote this programme, we are hosting a launch event on Monday 14th October at 5:30pm in our Manchester office. We would be grateful if you could please share this with your students to help us spread the word about this event and the programme. The sign up link is here for anyone wishing to attend the event, I have also included a link here to a LinkedIn post you may wish to share. This event is also open to parents and teachers
The Flying Start degree programme with MBS will be a BSc Honours Business Accounting with Industrial/Professional Experience (UCAS code N403). It’s a 4 year programme, during which students undertake 3 paid work placements with PwC’s Audit team. By the end of the degree, they’ll be well on their way to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, as well as having a degree and lots of valuable work experience. that will enable students to combine the best of both worlds – paid work experience and a university degree
