Train to Teach & Careers Working with Young People – support for students applying for 2021 entry
This is an opportunity for students who are interested in the different routes into applying to be a Primary School teacher or pursuing a career working with young people.
Train to Teach & Careers Working with Young People – is a focused virtual event for these students which will help to inform and prepare students applying for Primary Education and degrees working with young people for 2021 entry. We will cover applying during the COVID19 pandemic, what to expect from interviews and how to boost your personal statement despite a lack of placement opportunities.
The Train to Teach & Careers Working with Young People webinar will take place on Tuesday 10th November, 6pm-6.45pm. Please find an outline of the schedule below:

All students attending the event will also receive a pack of resources that will support their subject knowledge and experience for either undergraduate degree pathway.
We will need students to pre-register for this event via this link, which is also on the attached PDF. Once registered, students will receive an email from us via GoToWebinar with a link to join the webinar. Students will need to use this link to access the webinar on the day. Students will be able to ask questions throughout the event if they login individually and their questions are anonymised. In addition, due to the format of the event students’ videos will not be visible nor will they be able to see other event attendees on their screens.
